Get bottles of small-batch, locally produced natural cider from Greenpoint Cidery on every voyage!

You'll have the option to choose a Cider Club selection delivered by sail aboard Apollonia will include one Greenpoint Cidery classic bottle, and one experimental, limited release bottle made with fruits, herbs, and flowers foraged in and around Hudson, NY.

Absinthe!

Order an absinthe (or three) from Delaware Phoenix to be sailed to your door in June.

Delaware Phoenix Distillery is a New York State farm distillery producing three varieties of absinthe. Made in a copper pot still using traditional 19th century methods - all with the finest botanicals grown with with draft horses on our small farm in the Northern Catskills. 

Whiskey

Order whiskey barrel-aged on Apollonia’s deck, in partnership with Spirits Lab.

Spirits Lab Distilling Company is located just steps from the Hudson River waterfront in Newburgh, New York. This limited release whiskey is different every year- the taste and character is transformed by the time aboard. Supplies are limited and will only available on the June run.
